Cancellation Policy

Online Consultation Policy Thank you for booking a consultation with me. To ensure fairness and respect for both our time, please review the policy below before scheduling: Booking & Payment All consultations must be booked in advance through the website. Full payment is required to secure your appointment. Cancellations & Rescheduling You may reschedule or cancel your appointment with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations or reschedule requests made less than 24 hours before your session will result in a £20 fee. No-Shows Failure to attend your scheduled consultation without prior notice will be treated as a no-show and will incur a £20 fee. Repeated no-shows may result in restrictions on future bookings. Refunds Consultation fees are non-refundable, except in the rare case where the session cannot be delivered on my end. If you provide the required notice (24 hours or more), you may reschedule your consultation at no extra cost. Respect for Time Sessions will begin promptly at the scheduled time. Late arrivals may shorten your session length to ensure fairness to the next client. By booking a consultation, you agree to this policy. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
